This bill authorizes the expenditure of previously appropriated funds to pay for a select list of prioritized municipal solid waste facilities cease and transfer projects. The bill grants the WDEQ limited discretionary authority to modify the list.

WAM ACTION: 2/6/17, Rick Kaysen testified in support of the bill, Lusk replaced Clearmont on the list for $300,000 as Lusk was short of funds on an earlier priority list.  Bill passed Senate Minerals 3-0.
